What is Marrin's relationship with Herta like?

They have a bit of a hot-and-cold relationship, sometimes things come to them very easy but a lot of the time they're arguing or there's a lot of energy flying around in their dynamic. They intellectually bounce off of each other very well and find themselves inspired by the other often! Sometimes Marrin can start feeling antsy if they've been with Herta for too long, and will need space; Herta doesn't get the same, but if the two have argued she usually won't apologise first. They do love each other a lot though, both mean the world to the other

hiii first of all i had a dream about binary stars except it was kind of nonsensical... there was a big storm and marrin was running a little shoppe owned by herta... the storm was really scary but it brought in more customers or something (probably hiding from the rain but they did buy stuff!!!). herta puppet was also there watching... but question time!!! is there a special kind of weather that marrin likes? smile

that's such a sweet dream (and very Them biggrin), thank you for subconsciously thinking about them... cooking au in my head. Marrin likes.. storms! Especially going out and riding around in a storm - the warm ones, in summer, where there's a lot of electricity in the air..

what does marrin usually do with the herta puppet they own? 🤔 i don’t know if i read through it properly SO IM CURIOUS!

the herta puppet keeps them company on their personal spaceship! marrin is a drifter who spends a lot of time offworld and around the cosmos and while the puppet isn't a companion they chose, she makes a good conversation partner when marrin wants it. sometimes herta speaks directly through the puppet! she gave them the puppet for the primary purpose of surveilance lol. she's also installed with an automated cleaning module, since marrin is a bit of a careless person sometimes.
